President Sacramento Chapter recognized as JROTC Instructor

Mike Noche, second from right is the current President of Sacramento Chapter of MOAA.  He has been a JROTC  instructor for several years at Highland High School.  They are recognizing him for doing an outstanding job. We are proud of him and enjoy the stories he tells about his job and working with teens.

Harms and Noche won Teacher of the Year for their respective schools and both emerged from 52 school sites to be 2 of the 10 finalists before winning TRUSD Teacher of the Year; Harms for primary (grades K-8) and Noche for secondary (grades 9-12).  Both will represent TRUSD for Sacramento County Teacher of the Year.
